How do upgrades and downgrades work?

Upgrades start immediately: you pay the new plan’s full price and get its full monthly credits right away. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your billing period, so you keep your current plan and credits until then and aren’t charged now.
Upgrading
- On the Plans page, choose the higher plan, click Switch Plan and complete checkout.
- You’re charged the new plan’s full price, and your billing date moves to the day you upgrade.
- Unused credits and remaining time on your old plan are not carried over, credited or refunded; the new plan’s full allowance replaces them.
Downgrading
- Choose the cheaper plan and confirm Schedule switch. The change happens at the end of your billing period (for annual plans, at the annual renewal).
- Scheduling it doesn’t charge you or change your credits: you keep your current plan and its credits until then. From the switch date you’re billed the new plan’s price and get its monthly credits.
- Changed your mind? Use the Keep my … plan button in the banner on the Plans page, or Undo on the scheduled plan.
To move to the free plan, cancel your subscription.
