When am I charged, and when do my credits reset?

Monthly plans are charged when you subscribe and then on the same date each month, and your monthly credits reset when that renewal payment goes through, not on the 1st of the month. Annual plans are charged once a year, and their credits still refresh every month on your subscription date.
- Monthly credits don’t roll over: each refresh replaces what was left.
- If a renewal payment fails, the new month’s credits arrive once the payment succeeds. See failed payments.
- On the free plan, credits refresh every month on the day you signed up.
