Steampunk Alice in Wonderland comic of a whimsical tea party with enchanted dancing sconces and absurd character banter
This painterly fantasy comic strip depicts a cozy steampunk Alice in Wonderland tea party, where a bumbling bird wizard accidentally casts a spell that makes sconces dance instead of levitate. The richly detailed ornate tearoom features warm brass, deep purple, and soft cream color palettes, with playful banter from the grinning Cheshire Cat. The tone is lighthearted, absurd, and charmingly whimsical, leaning into classic Wonderland surreal humor.

yeah, I wanted someone to give Cheshire a run for his money. He was supposed to disappear into confetti and come back but it came out more like he summoned confetti, lol

CaylaCatz

lol, yeah, I was trying to do that. I think it's funny that Alice says he doesn't make sense... as if she's not used to Chessie not makeing sense, lol

Cool, I like puffins; they fly along these coasts every now and then. In Spanish, they're called "frailecillo," which means "little friar."

CaylaCatz

Laughing. I'm glad you enjoyed them. If they don't get eaten, I might bring the scones back for an encore, lol

CaylaCatz

awww, that's a sweet compliment. So few people like these that I appreciate those who do. It's a labor of love for me

CaylaCatz

laughing, she probably thinks he's normal. It's like people saying my mom had an accent and I never heard it

first time I read it I totally thought it was Chessie that blinked into a puff of confetti!
