Yeah I read them. The first was her sitting on the bench, explaining how she fell and got a scar. The second was just before this, where the guy explains he saw her fall but didn't do anything. That's why I said 'not my idea of love' because in my naive girlish worldview, I want my love to rush to my aid, whether it's a manly knight in shining armor or a tall blonde haha. But I know my idea of love is different than others...

Not my idea of love haha, but I understand love comes in many forms and this is Regina's experience of love. I suppose even momentary, fragmented love is better than abject loneliness. Regina, if you read this message, do you ever feel lonely? If so, then that is one of the most human of things to feel...
