(No Caption) The initial concept was to feature a representative from each of the countries in this year's World Cup and line them up on the football field. I decided to use boys instead of football players and have them paint their country flag on their faces, while wearing their football jersey. Both ChatGPT Image 2.0 and Nano Banana Pro were making a lot of mistakes and messed up the country flags and jerseys that I provided as reference, so I have to pivot the execution from the field to a montage of the boys so that I can better fixed the mistakes. I made too many edits and the AI just made it more pixelated - didn't realise until it was too late and I do not want to go back to when the pixelation started to creep in. Honestly I am not sure how it ended up in the bottom 10 - 62 out of 68 entries (though I did expect it to be in the bottom half). Was the face paint of countries offensive? Or was the image deemed low-res (due to the obvious pixelation of the image) that made it a dealbreaker? An idea too ambitious at the start, didn't go the way I wanted, and got a result way worse than I thought. Maybe I will come back and do a higher-res version of it when I have the time.

That is a cool idea. Challenging as you say. Mine also was not well appreciated when it came to the match-ups. I think simpler more dramatic images tend to gte picked more. May also be due to how many people perhaps view on their phone. So I perosonally report my stats when I post but really don't care anymore.
