Horned shadow demon looms over a terrified sleeper in bed as musical notes drift through a moonlit nightmare bedroom
This eerie dark fantasy illustration depicts a gaunt, horned demonic monster with glowing purple eyes reaching toward a startled man lying awake in bed. Swirling cool blue and violet mist, floating musical notation, and a bright full moon create a surreal, unsettling sleep paralysis themed atmosphere, with warm candlelight illuminating the worn gothic bedroom. The mood is tense and terrifying, leaning into classic supernatural horror tropes of night terrors.
