Ancient Chinese royal couple sit intimately together in a candlelit imperial palace chamber
This cinematic period drama still features a Han dynasty royal man and his elegant consort seated closely on an ornate carved lounge. Warm flickering candlelight casts rich deep burgundy, black, and gilded tones over their embroidered silk hanfu, guqin, bamboo slips, and bronze ritual vessels on the table before them. The mood is charged with quiet palace intrigue, set within a lavishly decorated ancient Chinese palace hall.
