Shinigami Ryuk and a glowing white angel face each other with Death Note and Life Note resting on a desk between them
This atmospheric dark fantasy fan art reimagines the Death Note universe, pitting the spiky feathered dark shinigami against a luminous winged holy angel. Cool shadowed tones contrast soft glowing white light, highlighting the opposing Death Note and Life Note volumes laid out on an ornate carved table in a hazy gothic library. The mood is tense and contemplative, exploring themes of life, death and moral balance.
