These days I have eased back on the coffee, particularly at work. Avoid totally after lunch to manage caffeine intake and it's impact on sleep. Who knew it can take 8rs for the caffeine to be filtered out your system

I have not drunk coffee in decades. I started in the army, very young, to stay awake on night guard duties. I cony\tinued after my service, but it affected me so much that I drank a coffee at midday and could not sleep at night. So, I stopped. I haven't missed it and I can wake up and function absolutely perfect without it in the morning. Instead, I see co-workers not being able to even open their eyes if they don't drink a cup of it. I guess it's kind of a vicious circle: You take it to wake up and later you CAN"T wake up without it. At least it's that way for some people.

tvm. Actually I did consider mainlining to take the coffee intravenously but decided just the head was tough enough, so settled on sucking it up through a pipe 🤣

CaylaCatz

laughing, that's great. He's mainlining coffee so his fingers don't have to leave the keyboard. Clever invetion
