**Ram Jam — "Black Betty" (1977)** --- Ram Jam's rock adaptation of "Black Betty" exploded onto the airwaves in 1977. It was an instant international success, roaring into the Top 10 in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and the Netherlands, while hitting the Top 20 in the United States.
