Powerful dark sorceress channels purple magic beneath an upside-down floating gothic city wreathed in lightning storm
This epic dark fantasy concept art features a powerful female sorceress standing on a desolate, storm-wracked ruined landscape, summoning a massive inverted floating gothic citadel with glowing purple arcane magic. Crackling violet lightning fills the roiling storm sky, with glowing magical portals lining the crumbling upside-down city as waterfalls and debris cascade from the floating structure above a swirling magical vortex. The mood is menacing and grandiose, with a moody palette of deep violet, charcoal gray, and dark stone tones, ideal for gaming and dark fantasy media.

This does not change the fact that it is an amazing image. I guess it just didnt fit the expectations of the competition.

I’m not so sure. It was about reverse gravity. There’s a city in the sky that’s upside down, and water flows from the bottom up. I think I actually hit the theme pretty well. ^^
