Five versions of Jean-Luc Picard toast together in a starship lounge with the USS Enterprise visible in space
This heartfelt fan-created Star Trek memorial artwork shows five distinct iterations of Patrick Stewart as Captain Picard seated around a glowing round table raising drinks to one another. The scene is set in a warm dim starship observation lounge, with the classic USS Enterprise and a distant planet visible through large windows overlooking star-filled deep space. A memorable quote from Star Trek Generations honoring Patrick Stewart appears below the composition, lending a quiet nostalgic reverent mood.

This moody reflective Star Trek fan artwork depicts alternate versions of Captain Jean-Luc Picard socializing at a starship lounge, with the USS Enterprise D visible in outer space through the window. Below the lounge scene, a somber Picard stands alone in the smoldering wreckage of the destroyed Enterprise D, paired with a classic quote about legacy. Warm dim bar lighting contrasts with cool hazy grayscale wreckage tones for a deeply nostalgic, contemplative mood.

Entry in the Favourite TV Shows theme on BudgetPixel.

I can't believe my favorite Star Trek Captain has passed. Captain Picard was the best. I also loved his Professor Xavier, and his fun villainous portrayal of Dr. Jonas in Conspiracy Theory. I wished I could have seen him do Shakespeare on stage. I bet he was fabulous. I found out when I saw @panos tribute post https://budgetpixel.com/p/101015

A great favorite of mine for having participated in so many of my beloved shows and movies. Fantasric images! I want to do something like this - using his many roles. I wiil do - yesterday night was very late when I saw the news. Plus I can do it only on SD 4.5. SD 5 has a totally BITCH philter about copyrights. The three roles you mention in your text PLUS - the two beloved movies where I first saw him in small roles. "Excalibur'" (1981) - he played Guinevere's father. David Lynch's "Dune" (1984) he played Gurney Halleck, an Atreides House high officer. // So, first Mister Checkov, now Captain Picard... I smell the damned Romulans behind this!....

yeah, I said Gurney Halleck in my prompt but he didn't come out well -- I think that's the guy on the right in leather as I'm assuming the crowned one is Macbeth who I also mentioned. Interesting that MacBeth is the only one with the goblet. Looking forward to seeing your tribute! I have Excalibur on DVD but didn't realize he was in there. I'll hve to rewatch it when my stuff is unpacked.

yes, I saw REady Player One but I liked the book better. Luckily I read the book after I saw the movie. That's always better for me; movie first, book second. When I read the book first, I start picking out things in the movie that bother me because, for example, they squeeze two characters into one. Movies are so short so they do a lot of squeezing and squishing.

To tell you the truth my mind went to Gurney seeing him, because that DOES look like a Dune Fremen Desert Suit. Now that I kbow you prompted him, i'm sure the model fis its best. Yep, look for him ib Excalibur. (Boy, I was CRAZY for that film - havent' watched it in many, MANY years. Have you seen 'Ready, Player One" ?)

Great tribute, Cayla; he was my favorite captain, too. RIP, Sir Patrick.😢

Rest in peace, sir ! 😟😞💐

The reason I asked you about that movie, right after mentioning 'Excalibur' is becuse in 'player one' at a point, the famous spell of Merlin's from that movie 'Anál nathrach '... becomes a plot-device. As soon as I saw that I jumped in the cinema. I recognized it immediately! ...Yeah, I know... get a liife, nerd! 😄😄

CaylaCatz

thank you! He's one of my fav characters. Amazing actor.
