This richly detailed high fantasy digital artwork depicts a commanding platinum blonde queen seated on a carved lion-themed throne, draped in royal blue and gold filigree regalia and holding a sapphire-topped scepter. A massive spiked black dragon with glowing blue eyes looms protectively behind her, while a cliffside fairytale castle and cascading waterfalls stretch across a golden sunset sky in the background. The mood is stoic and powerful, with a striking color palette of deep sapphire, polished gold, dark obsidian, and warm sunset hues.
