This surreal dark fantasy artwork depicts a tall steampunk alien examining a damaged glass bell jar holding a tiny violent diorama of a Chicago urban conflict, complete with police, gunfire, and burning downtown skyscrapers. Warm glowing brass accents and moody deep gothic blue tones fill the scene, with shelves of peaceful fantasy world dioramas lining the background library. The eerie satirical mood blends sci-fi and steampunk aesthetics to frame real world conflict as a trivial collected curiosity.
