Cyberpunk chariot race with menacing robotic horses speeding down rain-soaked neon Neo-Tokyo streets
This high-octane cyberpunk concept art captures a brutal, fast-paced chariot race tearing through a wet night time Neo-Tokyo cityscape lined with glowing pink and blue neon signage. Riders pilot custom chariots pulled by snarling mechanical war horses with glowing LED eyes, while a giant hooded hologram looms over the skyscraper skyline. The mood is intense and adrenaline-fueled, with motion blur selling the breakneck speed of the competition.
