This high-energy cyberpunk concept art captures a chaotic chariot race through a rain-slicked futuristic Neo Tokyo metropolis after dark. Glowing pink and blue neon signs line towering skyscrapers, as menacing mechanical robotic horses with glowing red eyes pull custom race chariots past floating hologram projections. The scene has sharp motion blur, reflective wet pavement, and a tense fast-paced mood leaning into classic dystopian sci-fi worldbuilding.

Detail starts to fall off after the first few seconds, the motion looks really good, but prompting the hoof steps only created the hoof steps for ONE of the horses, so I should have used plural to include the sound effects for all of the riders. Will need a better prompt to get some decent action music on it.
