Good morning. ☀️ Today is National Moonshine Day. Now, before anyone gets any ideas, this is one of those days that's really about appreciating the craft, the history, and the ingenuity behind it all. I've always admired people who learn a skill thoroughly, understand the process, and take pride in doing things properly. Whether it's woodworking, tailoring, cooking, brewing, or distilling, there's something satisfying about knowledge being passed from one generation to the next. This morning, Sarah and I are celebrating the spirit of craftsmanship. She's learning, asking questions, and taking notes.
