🟥 Red Carpet Moment 🟥 Up until now, we've never posted a challenge entry prior to the completion of the challenge, but let's mix things up a bit! @CaylaCatz recently enticed us to join a blog story of hers, and now we'd like to imagine her characters and ours on the red carpet at the first annual (and completely imaginary) BudgetPixel Blog Awards! Red and Brunhilde would of course dazzle in their dresses, I would somehow still manage to look nerdy in mine, and Gaelstrom would refuse to even put on a dress (although she grudgingly agreed to wear makeup haha). And so, without further ado, here we all are on the red carpet together! ✨

Yeah, plust I thought Emlyn was admiring Gaelstrom in a beautiful gown. Yeah, it is hard for two blondes. I spent a lot of credits on those group images to make sure Gaelstrom had that fingerwave curly hair in your original sleepover image while Brunhilde had loose waves. Emlyn is easiest because she wears glasses and that's actually a rarity. Could do braids. Or could do a simply styled steel circlet around her forehead that she can also use as a weapon a la Xena. Or stars that Emlyn crafted so they stick to her armor's hips but she can grab them (carefully!) and fling them like ninja stars. You know something that can look like decoration but also be a weapon so she can wear it for formal occasions too.

Oh my gosh, they're all so beautiful. Naturally, Red and Brunhilde are dazzlers, 😍 wow! and I love that colour dress on Emlyn ❤️. It looks to me like Gaelstrom is wearing a metallic skirt on her ceremoneal armour, which is stunning, by the way 🤩. She knows she looks good and is even posing. Go Gaelstrom. 😁

I suppose that can go either way. I confess I am inclined to pick images of friends, given that generally speaking the pick is a bit of a coin toss. And as I said, in this case you in your green dress is a bit of a give away, though I suppose it could also be Cayla's - which I'd also pick 🤣

Honestly? Just wanted to get more than a few hearts on a post, since that's what our last several have gotten haha. In other words, it was an excuse to tag everyone on Cayla's blog. 😆

That's Gaelstrom in your celadon armor haha. If we do any more stories with these characters, we need to give Gael a different hairstyle or something. She looks too much like Brunhilde! 😆

And I guess my penchant for variety means I don't benefit from that as much - luckily my intent is fun creations and 300 credits for a net profit 😀

Thank you! But that's Gaelstrom, my partner, in the armor. (My partner is also blonde, which is confusing because Brunhilde is blonde haha.)
