i think the problem is with a simple prompt many people are doing the same simple prompt and that's when you get so many AI images that look more than a bit alike. I see it on challenges on NC. So you have to twist it anyways if you don't want to look like everyone else. AI can make so many things look so good so easily; I think it's hard for people to realize that the hard part is not making something look good; it's making something look fresh, unique.

If we also laugh at horror, look at the elderly twins from The Shining that I sent to the challenge, I came in last, hahaha, don't tell me that's not funny, now I just have to go higher, as Notorious BIG said, the sky's the limit.😂🤣

I think it's also what people are used to. So if yo put in something differnet, it helps to get ued to tht. Once things feel more familiar, people like it better and are more likely to vote for it. Also people who like that stuff but were afraid to put it in, they see it and think oh this person did it, so it's ok for me to do it too so next time there is 2 horror pictures .... hmmm ... I don't like horror. You don't have to show horror. It's ok to show generic, laughing. cracking up.

That's what I think too, and since I like horror and the macabre, although I also make my paranoid things pretty like balls, it doesn't really coincide with most people's tastes, but I'm not going to do anything generic; the motto is "win with style or not win at all".
