I think, I was terribly naive when I was younger. I used to assume most people weren't out to hurt me even if they didn't like me. Which looking back on it now, wasn't even supported by my lived experience. But sometimes I worry I'd still be the grinning idiot in the forest going, oh she wants me and it's good and not even thinking. Run, girl run! Crazy girl wants to do bad things. Hell, before I stopped supporting JK Bellatrix was fascinating to me... and Luna was my favorite of the good characters. I guess I have a type and that type is slightly crazy. LOL

Yes, well, since you and I have dated men in the past, we both know the universal experience of co-mingled fear & desire: "I like him, but will he pleasure me or murder me?" (Although as a STEM girl dating mostly nerdier guys, I don't think I worried as much as the girls who went for the muscly athletic types haha.)

Ignorance is bliss I guess. Not really but still. Lots of times in my life I reflect back on how wild or crazy I was with some of the stuff I did. That's what age brings right? Wisdom, which is a fancy way of saying I ain't as dumb as I used to be. LOL
