the origin story of my horror

Growing up, i was terrible with horror movies. i got scared easily and frequently had nightmares. not sure when exactly, but sometime as a teenager i got braver and actually began enjoying them and the scares they gave me. at one point i started browsing the web for horror and found some pretty intense fanart. i was intrigued and dug deeper. i found some really twisted horror fanart and even discovered a particular Genre for it. my morbid curiosity grew but i never could actually make anything like what i saw. then in 2022 i found Stable Diffusion 1.5 and got hooked on making AI art. at first, i made NO horror. just random ideas or cute animals. time passed and i kept making random stuff. never stuck with one particular theme (though i did have a phase when i just made NSFW nonstop just because i could). one day i was watching a creepy movie and decided to make AI fanart for it. the result was so-so, it being SD1.5 and all, but it made me decide to make more occasionally. over time the models got better and better, but a lot of ADULT horror like you've seen me make had been really difficult to prompt well enough and the models' limited knowledge of some thematic elements. eventually i kept trying to push what it could and couldn't do and i became friends with a few others who did the same. i returned to the horror art i had found in the past to see if it could give results like that and eventually i found a model that could do it. ever since then, i try to think of new horror to push the AI gen models capabilities with as well as just make really scary or twisted stuff. as of today, i STILL haven't shared my most intense images (maybe i should let you all decide how intense they are, not sure) it's still not easy generating the really intense horror using these newer models thanks to safety blocks, but i love a good challenge!
